WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON LANEXTR ?

28 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at LANEXTR.com – you can return all items within 28 days of receipt of goods.

If , we’ll gladly take it back within 28 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

We also will refund you the shipping charges in store credits. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care within 28 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product.

IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC POLICY FOR RETURNS?

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1.Damages due to misuse of product
2.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3.Any consumable item which has been used or installed
4.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Lanextr.com’s 14 Day Returns Policy”

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM THROUGH FREE PICK-UP?

Free and Hassle free pickup is only liable against manufacturing defects within 28 days of purchase, before announced as FINAL SALE. And wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through Reach or through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs.

How Do I Return An Item?

Sometimes you have to try things on to know if they’re your Match. That’s why we want to make returns as easy as possible. Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, or items that you believe have a manufacturer’s defect, may be returned, no problem. Just make sure they get back to our warehouse in Delhi within 28 days from the date of your purchase. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

  1. Next to the products listed on your return form, fill in the reason code and quantity for each item you would like to return. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.(after 28 days)
  2. Include your return form in your box with any item(s) you are returning in their original, unused condition.
  3. Seal your box completely.
  4. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  5. Drop your box off at authorized India post Parcel office/Store (Locate near you Here!)

Once received, allow us 5-7 working days to process your refund. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayUmoney account or credit card will vary. you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we are unable to provide a free shipping label.

  • If any item found with Manufacturing defect, just e-mail to [email protected] with images, quantity, Invoice.
  • Seal your box completely. LANEXTR will review it and arrange a return within 3 working days.
  • After recieving and checking, the amount will be Refund back to your debited account.
  • Allow us 5-7 working days to process your refund. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account.
Do you offer exchanges?

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning an item for Lanextr.com store credit (in such case LANEXTR add credits to your ID with the same value of amount, that day) as this will allow you to repurchase from our live inventory. Our store credit does not expire. 

Can I return products I purchased from a retailer to LANEXTR.com?

We only accept returns for items purchased on LANEXTR.com. If you want to return an item you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.

Can I return LANEXTR.com products that I purchased online to an official retailer?

Products purchased on LANEXTR.com must be returned directly to us and not to a retailer. If you want to return a product you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF REFUND AVAILABLE AFTER CANCELLATION?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There are two modes of refund:

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Lanextr will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
